Stress Management Class
This class will help people take charge and manage their fast-paced lives, learn how their values and belief systems affect their stress levels, and provide effective skills and techniques to successfully reduce mind and body stress. Participants will learn to enter a space within them, in which they will be able to filter out the concerns of everyday consciousness and become aware of other states of being. This experience may result in feelings of inspiration and greater well-being. You will learn coping and stress reduction strategies. Through creative visualization, one may break out of old and obsolete patterns of awareness.
Chronic Pain Management Class
Through the use of guided imagery and energy therapy, a person can integrate their body, mind, and spirit for greater health and well-being. By calming the body and quieting the mind, one may access an inner space of self-healing and pain management. Connect with your inner healer and empower yourself for a better quality of life. This is for people with chronic pain from such issues as MS, cancer, fibromyalgia and back pain.
Meditation Classes
Through the use of guided imagery and creative visualization, I guide you on peaceful journeys inside your mind, body and spirit. Meditation has been scientifically proven to improve your physical health in many ways. Meditation also quiets your mind chatter, allowing you to access the quiet, inner space of intuition and peace.
Stress and Chronic Pain Management with Mind-Body Medicine Therapies
Learn a variety of stress and pain reducing techniques that you can use to improve your quality of life. Learn coping strategies for emotional health and inner peace, By calming your body and mind, you may access an inner space for improved self healing. This philosophy is based upon integrating your mind, body, and spirit. Techniques involve using guided imagery, meditation, progressive relaxaiton, deep breathing, tuning fork sound therapy, chakra balancing, light therapy, NLP, aromatherapy, Reiki, kinesiology, the power of intent, spiritual healing, and other mind-body energy therapies that you can use on yourself and others. Tap into the potential of your 'inner healer'. Understand the mind-body connection to wellness.
Weight Management Class
This class is a group class outlining the Weight Management Program. In this group setting, you will complete many exercises that help you to analyze and understand your subconscious weight problem areas. Then constructive solutions and an individual weight management plan is drawn up. Participants are then given the opportunity to continue the program on an individual basis, with follow-up private hypnotherapy sessions.
Weight Loss Hypnosis Group Class for Women. Learn to be in control around food, be excited to exercise, enjoy new healthy eating behaviors, anchor in a positive weight management lifestyle into your subconscious. Techniques include hypnotherapy, guided imagery and NLP. 4 hours for $75.
Energy Healing Intensive Class
This hands-on class teaches a variety of techniques on how to do energy healing work such as clearing and balancing chakras, meridians and your energetic field. Numerous healing tools, such as Tuning Fork Sound Therapy, pendulums, kinesiology, and hand chakra energy is demonstrated and practiced. Advanced healing techniques which relate to quantum physics and the power of intent are taught. You also learn how to use guided imagery to change emotional and physical energy blocks.
Connect With Your Inner Healer Class
Through the use of creative visualization and sound, a person can integrate their body, mind, and spirit for greater health and well-being.
